Brian T. Holter

Brian T. Holter, Broker and President of Bruns Realty Group, has more than 20 years of experience in appraising, selling and leasing commercial, industrial and investment real estate. Brian has experience in commercial and industrial brokerage and has served as a real estate tax consultant, as well as an expert witness. Brian has completed more than $19 million of sales transactions and leased more than 110,000 square feet of commercial and industrial space in the past three years.

A graduate of Ohio University, Brian is a Certified General Appraiser in Ohio and an Associate Member of the Appraisal Institute.
