Diane Schmiesing

Diane brings 10 years of real estate experience to Bruns Realty Group as a sales agent. As president of her own construction company, Diane has 30 years of business development, construction management, sales and marketing skills. She has sold commercial, industrial, and residential properties in Montgomery, Warren and Butler counties.

Diane was born and raised in the south Dayton area and still resides there today. Diane is a graduate of the University of Dayton. She is a member of the Springboro Chamber of Commerce and Springboro Rotory. She also volunteers at the Lebanon Food Pantry. Her expertise, contacts and vision have allowed Diane to develop a charity in Springboro, called “Mini Makeover” which helps underprivileged families with home repairs.
